Villa is located on a top of a hill in a touristic city (in province of Livorno) on the Etruscan Coast within easy access to places such as: Pisa, Florence, Siena. Some of Italy's finest wines can be found in the area and there are many restaurants where you can enjoy Tuscany dishes.
The villa is on a large parcel of land and has beautiful gardens and terraces where you can relax.
The villa is about 390 sqm and has an organic vegetable garden 2500 sqm.
On the first floor there is one triple room, two double rooms and a twin room. All the rooms have their own private bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, two large halls with fireplaces, library, panoramic patio.
There is a dépendance attached to the villa. This building of 20 sqm has a bathroom, kitchenette, a queen-size sofa bed, private entrance, small veranda and a parking space.
